In-Class Speaking Series- Trades
Sign up to speak to students for our In-Class Speaking Series on Trades!
If you currently work in the trades including but not limited to electrician ,construction, truck driver, plumber, roofing, etc. Please come and share knowledge about your field of work and your journey to get there with our students. Through this opportunity you will be able to talk about yourself and how you landed in the trade. Focus on personal experience and advice you’d like to pass along to our students from George Washington, Arsenal Tech, Shortridge and Purdue Poly High Schools .
Presentations are welcome but not required. All guest speakers will have a hard stop after 45 minutes as this is an in class speaking opportunity and class still needs proceed.
*Seeking two volunteer Speakers one in the morning and one afternoon.
- One speaker from 9am-12pm
- One speaker from 12-2pm
