After finding Elevate through Arsenal Tech High School’s Early College Program, Destiny began staying after school for some Elevate events. She quickly found a “big family” in her Elevate community, as well as even more support as she works toward postsecondary success.
“I remember staying after for…capture the flag, and that was really fun. It was one of the core memories with Elevate that I had. I got to know my Early College buddies and got to know my TMs more,” Destiny said.
Now a senior, Destiny has spent the last two years with Elevate exploring her career options by attending vision trips and talking with her Teacher-Mentors about her goals for after high school. Through it all, she has found fun and support through Elevate, which have helped her to feel confident in her ability to thrive after high school. We have no doubt that she will do incredible things!
