INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. - Elevate Indianapolis is proud to announce that we have been awarded the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) In-School Youth contract, locally administered through EmployIndy.
Through this partnership, Elevate will expand comprehensive career and workforce development mentoring to students, the Elevate way. Thanks to the support of EmployIndy, we will continue equipping our students to pursue their goals and achieve long-term success and wellbeing.
By building life-changing relationships, Elevate staff and partners will help Indianapolis youth build the skills, experiences, and connections needed for long-term success.

- Improved school engagement and graduation rates
- Career exploration and work-based learning opportunities
- Attainment of industry-recognized credentials
- Postsecondary planning, and
- Successful transitions into employment, training, or higher education.
All the while, we invite students to life-changing mentoring and sports & adventure activities, as well as guide them through the 13 key character attributes and life skills covered in our accredited, in-school classes.
