WELCOMING ANOTHER FANTASTIC YEAR OF ELEVATE INDY
Our 2024-2025 program year was filled with life-changing legacies, first-time experiences, and deep, meaningful relationships.
We have made some amazing memories this year with our five key program areas, and we cannot wait to make even more in our tenth year of Elevate Indy!
As we prepare to welcome our students back into the classroom, we're also reflecting on some of our favorite memories from the 2024-2025 season.
From the Classroom: Our Incredible Guest Speakers
With 530 high school students in our class, we are grateful for the Elevate advocates who shared their stories and professional tips this past year, empowering them to pursue their dreams.
From healthcare to sales to entrepreneurship, these individuals helped our students see the infinite opportunities available to them after high school.
From Pathways to Purpose: Summer Vision Trips
We aim to help our students become confident, thriving members of the community. And, since our support is not limited to the classroom, we continued to provide opportunities to explore future paths over summer break.
By touring colleges like Butler University's Founders College and companies like JD Sports, our students begin to envision what their future success could look like. And, this year, 101 students took these experiences and created 2-year action plans so they can confidently pursue their goals.
From Our Mentors: Little Elevate
The Little Elevate program has been a key opportunity for cross-age mentorship! It has been incredible to watch our students grow as mentors and leaders to our partner elementary school students over the past year.
In 2024-2025, Elevate served 150 elementary school students through Little Elevate. Through cross-age mentorship, they have the chance to give back as contributing members of our city.
From Sports & Adventure: Our 3V3 Tournament
One of the biggest events in our Sports & Adventure program - our annual 3V3 tournament! We love seeing our students develop key character skills this year, like teamwork, communication, and respect, all through the lens of friendly competition.
This event is just one of our many Sports & Adventure experiences that served 389 students this year. Thank you to those who volunteered, sponsored, and cheered at this event - we are so grateful for your support, as are our students!
From Our Alumni: the Alumni Holiday Party
Once in Elevate, Always in Elevate. We love connecting with our alumni to support, guide, and celebrate them in their postsecondary success.
Elevate mentored 169 alumni this year and brought everyone back together for our annual holiday party, reminding our alumni that we're always in their corner.
