ELEVATE 2025: A LOOK BACK...
Can you believe it's already 2026?
As we dive into the spring semester, we celebrate the power of a trusted mentor in the lives of our students in 2025.
Thanks to our Teacher-Mentors, hundreds of incredible students received the care, support, and opportunity to thrive. With their help, we saw 100% of Elevate seniors graduate with their class, with 91.3% of current seniors are on track to graduate this year!

Many of our students had to overcome unthinkable challenges - from food insecurity to gun violence to homelessness - to get to the finish line, and many lack access to the caring support of healthy adults to help the overcome these challenges.
That's why our Teacher-Mentors have worked tirelessly to provide students help students develop the skills they need to overcome the challenges of their underserved communities and unlock their limitless potential.
In addition to higher GPAs and graduation rates, our 2025 Impact Report showed that students who developed meaningful relationships with Teacher-Mentors experienced an increase in:
- Social-Emotional Learning
- Workforce Readiness
- Self-Perception
- Community Impact

ELEVATE 2026 & BEYOND: A LOOK FORWARD
Together, we are building a stronger Indianapolis.
As we look ahead to the next decade of life-changing legacies, we look forward to expanding our resources for students to pursue the bright futures they deserve. Our new Transformational Leadership program, generously supported by SOMA Downtown Church, offers students an opportunity to dive deeper into the tools and resource they need to become the confident, thriving leaders of tomorrow.
In the classroom, these students are studying various types of leadership and discussing what it takes to become a leader. Outside of the classroom, Transformational Leadership Coach Gisela Perez is opening doors for students to create professional connections and explore new career paths.

"My experience being a [Transformational Leadership] student is being more involved with my community and allowing my self to find new opportunities while also having fun."
-Arleth, Class of 2027
With networking opportunities and additional professional resources, our students are already securing internships and preparing for their future careers!
