SEEING THE TRANSFORMATION IN OUR 2025 IMPACT REPORT
Reflecting on 10 years of impact, I am filled with gratitude for the transformative work we have the privilege to pursue together on behalf of young people, mostly living in quite challenging circumstances.
For Elevate Indianapolis, our mission has remained clear since 2015: to build long-term, life-changing relationships with Indianapolis youth and to equip them with the character, skills, and opportunities needed to thrive in school, work, and life. The past year, that mission came alive in powerful ways.
What continues to set Elevate apart is our belief that meaningful change happens through relationships. With your support, Elevate Teacher-Mentors walked alongside 1,308 students—both inside classrooms and far beyond them—offering support, accountability, and a steady presence many young people can count on and, yet again, we can celebrate a 100% graduate rate for the class of 2025.

Throughout 2025, we deepened our focus on workforce readiness, helping students explore career pathways, developing essential professional skills, and connecting with leaders in the business community, while meeting them right where they are. We also strengthened our leadership and character development programming, ensuring students are not only being provided with pathways to possibility but are confident in their ability to shape them.
None of this is possible without you. Our advocates, donors, community partners, educators, volunteers, and champions continue to invest in the potential of young people across Indianapolis. You make the impact possible, and invite Elevate Indy to dream about the next 10 years of impact!
